I am a multi-million dollar producer with more than 12 years experience working in beautiful East Texas in many areas including Marshall, Elysian Fields, Waskom and Hallsville.  I have 3 Real Estate "degrees" -- Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).   I have a column that comes out weekly in the Marshall News Messenger with good information for anyone interested in real estate related topics. 
 
So what?  Why would you care about my knowledge and education?  So many of the problems that come up in real estate are because of a lack of information or faulty information.  I will do my best to explain the real estate process and answer your questions with patience and clarity. I want you to be satisfied with the way you were treated by me and my company and feel a little smarter when we shake hands at the closing.
 
Why  pick me?  Buyers and sellers will find that I'm a fun loving person but I am also very direct.   I try to be tactful but to my way of thinking the ugly truth is way better than a pretty lie.  So you will hear what the real strengths and weaknesses of your house are if you hire me to sell it.  If you are a buyer I will work hard to find you the property you need and I'll listen carefully, but sometimes when the money you have matches up with the houses you can afford you may have to make a decision about which house comes closest to your ideal!  My practical side will help you with this.
 
I'll leave most of the personal stuff out except to say that I was raised just out of Washington DC but came to Texas and stayed because I liked the people so much!  When I first came to Texas I didn't even know what a taco was but now eat my nachos with plenty of jalapenos, am a fan of the Cowboys, and have developed a twang that probably won't fool you but does make my east coast family grin!
